Tomato Chicken and Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
- 6 Tbs. Personalised Protein Powder
- 200 g Minced chicken
- 150 g Red tomato flesh, diced
- 60 mL Non-fat milk
- 6 Eggs
- ¼ TBS. salt
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Grease a muffin dish for 6 muffins with oil
- Pour equal amounts of the batter into each muffin dish
- Bake in a hot oven at 180 c for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot or cold.
